We are experiencing shipping delays due to transport restrictions worldwide. The delay may happen at any point during the shipping process including while your order is in transit. In general, it is expected to have a delay of 3-5 days.

Where does TheSoftCart deliver to? 

We deliver worldwide. However some remote areas are difficult to reach, therefore shipping delays are expected. If you want to check the expected delivery time of a remote area, please email us

How much does shipping cost?

For a total bill of above $35 USD, delivery is completely free. For the Order Value below $35 USD, there is a flat  $4.95 USD charge for delivery. This will be displayed at checkout.

What types of delivery does TheSoftCart have?

In most cases, we use DHL or UPS. However, if another courier is at that moment faster, we might choose that courier instead.

Email and digital delivery are free of cost.

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email providing you the information on how to track your order.

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work. Contact us and we’ll fix it!
